Questions about a booking you have already made, such as changes, refunds or a missed departure, can only be handled by Scandlines. Contact Scandlines customer service directly; we have no access to your booking.
How this site is funded
We are an independent partner of Scandlines. When you book through a link on this site, Scandlines pays us a commission. You pay the same price as when you book directly on scandlines.com, and your contract is with Scandlines, under its own terms and conditions of carriage. The commission does not decide what we write: where another route, ticket or travel time suits you better, we say so.
Prices, timetables and accuracy
We check fares, ticket conditions and timetables regularly and show the date we last checked them. Scandlines can change prices, conditions and departures at any time, and live information on this site can be delayed or incomplete. What Scandlines shows when you book is always decisive. We take care to keep this site correct, but we cannot accept liability for damage resulting from information that turns out to be outdated or incorrect. If you spot a mistake, please let us know through the contact form.
